Paragraph 2: It is the opinion of the examiner that the wood splinters present in the Exhibits listed in paragraph 1 could have originated from Exhibit A. Paragraph 8: Examinations of the red-brown stains of Exhibits B1, D1, D2, D2R, D5, D7, D15, D17, D18, D18a, D19, D23, D27, D27R, D28, D30, D51, D136, D141, D147, D159, D209, D215, D227, D229, D231, D232, D254, D258, D259, D260, D263, D264, D266, D271, D272, D273, D274, D275, D276, D277, D69NB, D70NB, D207A, D207C, E301, E302 and I21 revealed the presence of human blood of the International Blood Group A. ![]() Paragraph 33: Examination of Exhibits D23, D123, D221, D229, D237, E3, E6, E16, E19a, E20a, E24, E32, E52NB, E116, D118, E119, E205, E300, E301, E302 and E303 revealed the presence of fibers identical in type, color, denier, twist, and all other physical characteristics to the fibers of the pajama jacket, Exhibit D210. Paragraph 34: It is the opinion of the examiner that the fibers present in the Exhibits of paragraph 33 could have originated from Exhibit D210. |
