![]() Paragraph 13: Exhibits V-10 through V-71 submitted by Det B, 3rd MP GP (CI), Fort Bragg, N. C. are record fingerprints and/or palm prints of possible subjects and other personnel involved in this case. A listing of these personnel is found in Case File Number 70-CID023-10198 of requesting agency. Paragraph 14: Comparison of Exhibits V-10 through V-71 (record fingerprints and/or palm prints) with the unidentified latent finger and/or palm prints developed in this case, did not reveal any matching impressions. Paragraph 15: Comparison of the identifiable latent prints developed on Exhibit L (Esquire magazine) with the record prints Exhibits V-1 and V-2 revealed the following:

. . . The bloodstain appeared to have been made by a person's finger due to its shape. However, it cannot be positively stated that it was made by a person's finger since definite ridge pattern formation was precluded by the separations of the individual pages. |
