![]() Paragraph 8: Examination of Exhibit W-5, headboard and footboard, revealed one partial latent palm print on the footboard. ![]() Examination and comparison of the questioned handprinting appearing on Exhibit W-5 with the exemplars, Exhibits W-2 thru W-4 resulted in the following conclusions: a. The questioned handprinting appearing on Exhibit W-5 was very probably executed by a right handed persion utilizing the index and middle fingers of the right hand. b. The writers of the exemplars, Exhibits W-2 thru W-4 could neither be eliminated nor identified as having executed the questioned handprinting appearing on Exhibit W-5. |
